L293D Quadruple Half H Driver
L293D is a quadruple half H Bridge driver having high current capability which is commonly used in electronic projects for driving DC Motors, Stepper Motors, Relays, Solenoids etc. L293D can drive bidirectional currents up to 600mA at voltages ranging from 4.5V to 36V. It is compatible with Arduino Boards, Raspberry Pi, PIC, Atmel AVR, 8051 microcontrollers.
L298N Motor Driver Module
This driver module is made using L298N, a high current, high voltage dual full bridge driver manufactured by ST company. It is designed to accept standard TTL voltage levels and to drive inductive loads such as DC Motors, Stepper Motors, Relays and Solenoids. This Dual H-Bridge driver is capable of driving voltages up to 46V and continuous current up to 2A in each channels.
ULN2803A Driver IC
ULN2803A is a one of the most commonly used High Current, High Voltage Darlington Transistor Array IC. It contains 8 NPN darlington pairs with common cathode clamp diodes for each outputs for switching inductive loads. The current rating of each darlington pair is 500mA and you may connect two or more darlington pairs in parallel to increase current capability. This IC is commonly used in applications such as Relay Driving, Hammer Driving, Lamp Driving, LED and Gas Discharge Display Driving etc.
ULN2803A Relay Stepper Motor Driver
This is a high voltage, high current driver board made using the IC ULN2803, which consists of 8 NPN Darlington Transistor Array with Common Cathode clamp diodes for switching Inductive Loads. Each darlington pairs can drive currents up to 500mA and they may be connected in parallel for higher current capability.
